the end of the drive spindle. Wait
a few minutes for WD-40 to work.
rotating the spindle with one hand, tap the end of the spindle
with a small hammer. Continue to
do this till the spindle comes off.
removing the spindle, clean the crankshaft end and press the new
spindle into place onto the
6. Next insert
the spindle bolt through the new drive spindle and into the end
of the crankshaft. Tighten it
with an Allen wrench.
reinstall the gas tank and rear wheel. Put at 70lbs of pressure
on the deck to adjust the rear
How to adjust
the rear wheel on a Sport®/Liquimatic®/X-Ped®:
1. With quick
release axle opened and loosened, rotate purple engine protection
washer (EPW) away
from rear gas tank support stud.
up to 75lb of weight to rear part of the Go-Ped® deck with
rear wheel on the ground.

the Go-Active® Rubber for

hub on top of the new rubber and stretch the new rubber over the

1/4 of an inch, set the hub on a
hard ground surface(concrete floor) and stomp on the tire to force

to damage the bearings on the concrete. Use some cardboard as
protection between the hub and
concrete. You can also use a little rubbing alcohol on the outer
hub to help the rubber over, if you can't get
it to work.

How to adjust
the stock carburetor on the G23LH engine:
setting for the stock carb needle is 1 full turn out (counterclockwise
from fully closed). Minor
adjustments may be necessary due to temperature, humidity, and
altitude where Go-Ped® is being used.
